Cranio-Sacral and Bodywork Classes

The NHRC offers both introductory and advanced continuing education classes (CEUs) in Cranio-Sacral therapy and bodywork. Students often begin with the Introductory Workshop and then continue to deepen their understanding and improve their Cranio-Sacral techniques by taking the Advanced Series and additional Advanced Bodywork Classes. Students completing both the Advanced Series, three Advanced Bodywork Classes, and a required number of outside assignments, including written and practical exams, are eligible for Cranio-Sacral Therapy Certification through the Certification Program.

Cranio-Sacral Introductory Workshop—This four-day workshop introduces students to basic Cranio-Sacral techniques and the related anatomy and physiology. It is a prerequisite for the Advanced Series and the Certification Program, as well as many of the Electives. Read more about the Cranio-Sacral Introductory Workshop.

Advanced Series—The Advanced Series is a year-long program that includes 4, four-day workshops and 6 integration days. This series is the cornerstone of Cranio-Sacral work, providing instruction on stillness and presence as well as more advanced Cranio-Sacral techniques and a more in-depth view of related anatomy and physiology. Certification Program—For the student who wants to dedicate their time to mastering Cranio-Sacral therapy, the Certification Program provides highly focused, in-depth training in Cranio-Sacral. This training provides you with the support, supervision, and feedback necessary for you to integrate Cranio-Sacral work into your practice. Read more about the Certification Program.

Additional Advanced Bodywork Classes—With three focusing on technical skills and three on personal development, these classes allow bodyworkers to further refine their Cranio-Sacral skills, growing both personally and professionally. Read more about the additional Advanced Bodywork Classes.
